Baton Rouge Ballet Theatre is offering two dance intensive workshops this summer under the direction of noted faculty in classical ballet and contemporary dance forms. The programs are an extraordinary opportunity for area dancers to participate in a rigorous workshop to improve dance technique. Helen Daigle, BRBT alum and Louisville Ballet first soloist, will instruct the July session. She received her training at the Decatur School of Ballet, The Dancers’ Workshop, The Joffrey Ballet School, and The School of American Ballet and will instruct both intermediate and advanced classes in ballet, pointe, and variations.

Open to all intermediate and advanced level dancers ages eleven and older. $365. All classes will be located at Dancers’ Workshop. 10745 Linkwood Court. 9 am–3 pm. (225) 766-8379. batonrougeballet.org.
